PRIVACY POLICY:
Elite Gamin is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
In order to secure your event, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event. Deposits are non-refundable. Any party may be rescheduled 7 days prior to the event date, for no cost to the customer, but will not be refunded. Please contact us directly in the event of a family emergency or illness for rescheduling.
TRAVEL SURCHARGE:
Our primary service area is a 30 mile radius from 53142 (Kenosha, WI) We also service a “secondary” area outside our primary area, but must add a fuel surcharge fee when we travel to the secondary area. See our Service Area page for coverage areas.
BAD WEATHER:
Elite Gamin Truck was designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate-controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snow storm, tropical storm or hurricane) please contact us to begin the rescheduling.
BROKEN OR MISSING EQUIPMENT:
Elite Gamin may charge fees if any of our equipment is damaged and or turns up missing at a party. This includes things like our controllers going missing, TV’s or controllers being broken due to kids not listening to rules. We check for any damages and missing property and will let the person who booked us know at the end of the party. This is a heads up in case we charge them. Just because it turns up missing does not mean we are accusing someone of stealing it is very easy to walk off with them without thinking.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE:
Elite Gamin reserves the right to refuse service to client if we observe behavior which we deem to be a potential threat to our employees, guests, or our equipment. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, obvious intoxication, observed or suspected drug use, aggressive language or behavior, unsafe surroundings, etc. In this case, we may refuse to start a party or terminate an ongoing event.
SUPERVISED CHILDREN:
Elite Gamin does require a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or just outside of the truck at all times. Guests ages 16 and under require a parent or guardian to be on the property and within contact of the game coach should a need to contact them arise.
ALCOHOL/DRUGS:
You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Elite Gamin equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.
DAMAGE/INJURY:
Elite Gamin or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above-ground and below-ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Elite Gamin reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the truck or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by the client’s guests. Elite Gamin or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries
sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
FOOD/DRINK:
Elite Gamin does not allow any food or drinks into the video game Truck. Please have your guests consume them outside of the truck prior to entering.
PICTURES:
While your party is in effect the Game Coach will be taking pictures of the party from inside the truck. You will then be able to view these pictures on Elite Gamin Facebook Fan Page and copy them to your files. If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on the Fan Page please notify us via Email prior to the party. This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens.
LASER TAG WAIVER:
All Laser Tag Party participants must have a signed “hold harmless” waiver prior to participation. Minors (under 18) must have the waiver signed by a parent or responsible guardian. The waiver can be downloaded here. Laser Tag Waiver
OUR TRUCK:
When the truck pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park in your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. **Please keep in mind that our Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. Our truck combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 55 feet of space to park. Additionally, our Game Coach will never disconnect the truck from a party/event without prior approval nor park off of a hardened surface.
VIDEO GAME RATINGS:
Elite Gamin will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game Truck without a request from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event please contact us, indicating the game you prefer or let the Game Coach know as soon as you can after he gets there. It is also recommended that all clients email us with their game requests.
